Before progressing with your order, we will need confirmation that you agree to the terms and conditions of sale. It is strongly recommended that you read this document in full and to keep a copy for your own records.
By entering into a business agreement with Halo&Wren you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale.
From here on 'you' refers to the customer and 'us'/'we'/'our' refers to Halo&Wren.
The costs of alterations are not included in the price of the dress unless otherwise stated at time of purchase. Alterations are carried out by independent seamstresses, Brides are not obliged to use the seamstresses and we will not be held responsible for any alteration work undertaken.
Once a deposit is made, the purchase is final - there are no cooling off periods, your gown will be ordered very soon after your, H&W will not cancel an order, under any exceptional circumstances, and all remaining money owed will be pursued. Items that are made to order cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. All sales are final.
As each dress is made to order, we are unable to resell a dress to any Customer other than the Customer placing the order, and as such, we cannot accept returns on any basis including exceptional situations e.g. Pandemics and Cancellations of Weddings, of a change of heart or be held responsible for a dress not fitting correctly due to fluctuations in weight, body size and/or changes in body shape once an order has been placed. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns where you request a change to an existing order and we are unable to fulfil that change.
Dresses with beading and embroidery may differ slightly in the amount/placement of the beading/embroidery to that of the sample dress. Material is produced in rolls and reasonable amount of colour difference is possible, as such H&W hold no responsibility for slight variations in colour.

Due to the delicate nature of the handmade fabric certain crepes and satins will contain flaws within the weave, this comes down to the manufacturing process and is out of H&W’s and the designer’s control.

Please note colour variations will occur between our stock samples and brides gowns.
Sizes and measures must be agreed at time of purchase, H&W hold no responsibility for disagreements on sizing post the initial size agreement.
Handmade clothes cannot be rushed and, as such, you must accept that all shipping dates are approximate. Time needs to be allowed for the process to be completed and your dress made to perfection, therefore the designer has the right to change the shipping date based on their production schedule.
Due to circumstances outside of H&W’s control there can be transit delays.
Our designers reserve the right to ship a gown according to a wedding date not according to a production timeframe. Production schedules are the designer’s decision.
All sample sale dresses are sold as seen and must be paid for in full at time of purchasing. Sample sale dresses are non returnable once they have left the premises.
All accessories must be paid for in full when placing an order. Return Policy of accessories: Made to order items cannot be returned. Items purchased from stock have a return period of 14 days for refund or exchange, the item must be returned in a saleable as new condition.
We will endeavour to provide the highest quality goods as standard, and these will arrive in a merchantable quality. Any wear and tear or depletion of goods due to use and wear are not our responsibility and we will not be obliged to replace or refund.
Halo & Wren will respect your personal data. We use the information you provide to place the order with the relevant Designer and to enable your dress to be constructed or altered to your design requirements.
We do not facilitate the trying on of your gown at H&W due to possible damage, dirt or wear or tear, which we will not be held responsible for.
